The Brown County Master Gardener "Telephone Hotline" at (937) 378-6716 will answer your questions on home gardening and garden pests.
This service is FREE; there is No-Charge!
Hours of Operation:
Master Gardeners are at the phones most Tuesdays and Thursdays from about 10:00 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The hotline is staffed by experienced gardeners, highly trained to answer questions such as: "Is this a plant, or a weed?" and "Is this a good bug, or a bad bug?" In truth, they answer much more difficult questions every week.
Some questions, however, may need to be researched . They will get back to you when they've found an answer.
So, before you plant it, dig it up, or spray something on it--call the Hotline at 378-6716 just to be sure!
