  1. Jul. 22, 2018 1:00pm to 4:00pm

    The Skill-a-thon is mandatory for beef exhibitors in order to exhibit, be eligible for awards, and sale of project. The exhibitors must get a score of 65% or higher to be eligible for awards.

  2. Aug. 03, 2018 6:00pm to 7:30pm

    The chicks must be picked up on Friday, August 3, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the fairgrounds by the junior exhibitor or immediate family member. All chicken paperwork must be completed at check-in.  (Poultry Information Sheet)  Please bring a carrier to pick up the chicks.

  3. Aug. 25, 2018 9:00am to 10:00am

    It is very important that exhibitors understand that all Exhibition Chickens, Egg Production Chickens (Hens & Pullets) , Ducks, Turkeys and Geese must come to tag-in on August 25th.  Wildlife exhibitors should only bring a photo of their project to tag-in on August 25th.  Any animal not at tag-in (except wildlife) will not show at the fair.

  4. Aug. 25, 2018 9:00am to 11:00pm

    Rabbit Check-in - Saturday, August 25th, Georgetown High School FFA area.
    Breeding/Fancy Rabbits from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. 
    Meat Rabbit & tattooing from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. 

    You must bring the Rabbit Information Sheet with you to check-in.  It is important that this form is filled out neatly and completely as this is what the department uses for the fair sale and shows. 

  5. Aug. 25, 2018 9:00am to 10:00am

    Pet Rabbits must come to the August 25th tag in 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at the Georgetown High School FFA room.

  6. Sep. 10, 2018 6:00pm to 8:00pm

    Clean up day will be Monday, September 10th, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Bring sponges/rags, buckets, broom, Clorox/cleaners and gloves.  Members will need to attend one of the cleanup days to participate in the fair.
