Any youth wishing to exhibit an animal at the fair in 2015 is required to complete Quality Assurance.
New for 2015: For QA purposes an animal project will be defined as any animal project that is exhibited at the fair EXCEPT: Horses and Companion Animals: dogs, cats, and projects taken through the Pet Rabbit or Pocket Pet projects. If you are unsure if your project is required to take QA, please contact the Extension Office for clarification.
Youth may attend Quality Assurance in another county. If you take quality assurance through another county or program such as the BEST program, it is your responsibility to make sure the appropriate paperwork is submitted to the Extension Office to receive credit. If there are any fees associated with completing Quality Assurance through another source, the exhibitor is responsible for those fees. All Quality Assurance must be completed and documentation submitted to the Extension Office by June 15th, 2015. Anyone who has not completed Quality Assurance and submitted the proper documentation by the deadline will NOT be eligible to exhibit at the 2015 Brown County Fair.
