The 2019 Brown County 4-H Conference will be held on April 16th at the Southern Hills CTC from 6:30-8:30pm. 

The Brown County 4-H Conference is designed to be an opportunity for youth and volunteers to gain skills and knowledge to help them be more successful in 4-H! Join us for two rotations of sessions geared toward helping you to make the best better!

SESSION TOPICS

Club Officer Training (breakouts by office) – Learn how to be a good club officer and what an officer book is.

New Family Orientation – Geared toward families brand new to 4-H to learn more about what 4-H is, learn the lingo and ask questions about this organization they just joined!

Shooting Sports Projects – Specifics on how to complete a shooting sports project, requirements and project judging.

Food & Nutrition Projects -- Specifics on how to complete a Food & Nutrition project, requirements and project judging.

Project Interviews & Displays – Learn positive interview skills and how to develop a project display to wow the judges.

Older Youth Opportunities –Learn more about opportunities for our older youth (13+) and how they can get involved beyond the club level.

4-H Camp – Learn more about 4-H Camp and all the opportunities available!

Step Up Member Meeting Participation – Learn how to develop a good club calendar, get members involved and the basics of parliamentary procedure. **geared toward volunteers but open to all.
