As an entrepreneur, you’ve likely run into legal questions on your business journey, whether you’re just starting to explore an idea or have been successfully running a business for years. Learn about common legal issues encountered by entrepreneurs and get your questions answered by an attorney at this in-person event in southern Ohio.
Registrants can attend free public education sessions about common legal issues for businesses.
6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – “Legal Basics of Branding and Marketing: What to Know in a Digital World,” presented by Patrick Perkins, Ohio State University Moritz College of Law
6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – “Legal Structures for Small Businesses,” presented by Paige Wilson, Ohio State University Moritz College of Law
7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – “Working with Independent Contractors,” presented by Jacqueline Radebaugh, Jason Weiner p.c.
Entrepreneurs can sign-up for up to two 30-minute, one-on-one meetings with an attorney to ask questions and receive guidance at no cost.
Registration is required for an appointment. Space is limited and appointments will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointment details will be confirmed by a staff member prior to the event.
