    OSU Extension – Brown County is hiring! We are hiring for a Program Assistant (PA) to work as part of the overall Extension team with responsibilities in the areas of 4-H, Agriculture, and Natural Resources, and Community Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for office coverage on Fridays and other days as needed. The standard hours will be 32 hours a week with the potential for additional hours occasionally based on programming needs. Some nights and weekends will be required.

Properly identifying and understanding these plant's biology are critical for effective control and for the safety of anyone working around them. Identifying these plants are also important in our forages as they are toxic to livestock. Join us for our upcoming Weed Identification Walk and Management Workshop at the Brown County Extension Office on June 16th at 5:30pm to learn more!
