Participation qualifications:
- Entries due to the OSU Extension office by September 12, 2025:

- No late entries will be accepted
- Must be a member of one of the recognized youth organizations.
- Each Junior Fair organization may enter one (1) participant in each category. An individual may not enter more than one category. (For example: One member may enter a cherry pie category and another member may enter the apple pie category.)
- Entry must be accompanied by recipe on 8 ½ by 11 paper. Recipe can be handwritten or typed. DO NOT include your name, club name or any identifying factors.
- Absolutely no baked goods will be accepted after 9 am on the day of judging. Adult Superintendent has final call.
- First place winners will be interviewed by judges about their products before overall winner is declared.
- Overall highest score will determine winner of each category.
- Participants may observe judging from behind barrier.
- Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place entry in each category.
